Modus is the annual design fest of the Communication Design department at UID, Gandhinagar. Last year at Modus 6.0, in February 2025, I volunteered as one of the illustrators and animators in the motion design team.

Later when the Illustration Team was divided into various other teams to implement the illustrations across various platforms, I was taken in by the Motion Graphics Team to utilize my illustrations for the Modus logo reveal video.
I had also been tasked to create a hand-drawn animation sequence for the same. I’ve shared my process below.
